Fuji Sushi

Centerville | Japanese and Sushi | Sitdown and Takeout

I have visited Fuji Sushi a few times. It is centrally located in Davis County and offers a variety of Japanese meals and sushi. There are some unique menu items I haven’t found at other restaurants including some vegetarian rolls. The sweet potato roll is a very unique take on sushi. It may not be for everyone but if you want to try something different in sushi form it is worth trying. The banana tempura roll could be considered closer to a sushi dessert and is worth a try as well.

This specific visit was during a quiet lunch towards the beginning of their opening hours. It was a great value for a variety of items including miso soup and tonkatsu with a couple of California roll pieces. Service was fast and compared to how expensive fast food is getting these days it was nice to be able to get a different cuisine for a good value.

Order for First Timers

1x Sweet Potato Roll
1x Your favorite Sushi Rolls
1x Banana Tempura Roll to share
(For those averse to sushi stick to one of the bento boxes or a noodle dish)
