North Salt Lake Liberty Fest 2026
When: Saturday, June 27 (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Where: Legacy Park - 1140 W 1100 N, North Salt Lake, UT 84054
What: North Salt Lake is going big for the 250th! A 5K Color Run at 7:00 AM, a pancake breakfast ($7), and many more events throughout the day.
The Village Block Party 2026 | Farmington Station
When: Saturday, June 27
Where: Station Park Village & Fountain Square
What: Station Park is closing Horseshoe Drive to vehicles and turning the center of the village into a high-energy, pedestrian-only promenade. It is the perfect excuse to do some shopping and let the kids run safely around the fountain square.
Layton Free Friday Film Series: IF
When: Friday, June 26 (7:00 PM)
Where: Kenley Amphitheater - 403 N Wasatch Dr, Layton, UT 84041
What: Enjoy a free outdoor screening of the family movie IF.
Parent Prep: Because the Kenley uses a bright LED screen, the movie can start right at 7:00 PM. This is perfect for families with earlier bedtimes.
Music in the Park: Bountiful's Got Talent
When: Friday, June 26 (7:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

What: Grab your picnic blankets and camp chairs for a fun community talent show under the summer evening sky.
Book Garden 25th Anniversary + Author Brandon Mull
When: Saturday, June 27th (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Where: Book Garden - 2 N Main St, Bountiful, UT 84010
What: Book Garden will be featuring Fablehaven author Brandon Mull at 11:00AM for book signings. There will also be special pricing, facepainting and snow cones throughout the day.

I have had Lucky Slice pizza since they opened in Logan in 2017. I was very excited to have them not only open a location in Clearfield, but also in Bountiful as part of their latest expansion efforts. Lucky Slice uses a NY inspired crust to innovate on rotating flavors. Their core pie offerings are always available, and I highly recommend the Marghie as a great starting place.
They are one of the few pizza shops to also serve by the slice. So if you are looking for an approachable pizza lunch combo, Lucky Slice is a great choice. Their rotating menu often features very distinct pies that are only available for a limited time. I find it best to stick to one of their classics on a larger size and then try out one of their rotating pizzas for some variety. Their “2 for $22” on Tuesdays is a great offer to try them if you haven’t had the chance.
