Free Friday Film Series Finale | Layton
When: Friday, August 28 at 7:00 PM.
Where: Kenley Amphitheater.
What: The final summer movie of the season is Lilo & Stitch (live action). Get out with the family to see a movie one more time.
Concerts Under the Stars | Farmington
When: Friday, August 28
Where: Station Park Fountain Square.
What: Station Park is wrapping up its summer concert series. Grab dinner nearby and enjoy live music around the fountain. Rhinestone Rodeo will be featured, playing country and pop covers for everyone to enjoy.
🌽 Thursday Farmers Markets
Since the weather will soon be turning, now is the time to take advantage of the local summer harvests! Kick your weekend off a day early on Thursday, August 27:
Bountiful Farmers Market | Bountiful
When: Thursday (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
Where: Bountiful Town Square.
What: Perfect for grabbing dinner from the food trucks while the kids hit the splash pad.
Syracuse Farmers Market | Syracuse
When: Thursday (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
Where: Centennial Park.
What: A great community vibe to stock up on seasonal fruits, honey, and local artisan crafts.
🎢 End of Summer Add-On
Lagoon Final Summer Nights | Farmington
When: Saturdays (Park stays open until 9:00 PM).
Where: Lagoon Amusement Park.
What: With school starting back up, this is your last regular weekend to hit the rides as the sun goes down before the massive Labor Day crowds arrive! Frightmares is right around the corner, which means later closing times are coming soon soon.

Burly Burger is a standout for a big, filling lunch. If you are looking for a local burger it is a great stop. Their buns are baked fresh in SLC and have their signature logo face. They have all types of burgers from barbecue sauce and onion rings, breakfast burgers, and spicy buffalo sauce options. They also feature the Brigham Challenge, which is a 10 patty burger, large fry, and shake. I have never seen anyone take it on but if you are the food challenge type it is available!
This visit consisted of two different fry options. I slightly prefer their sweet potato fries but their regular fries are great as well. The Duke, which has a barbecue and onion ring spin to it, is excellent. My personal favorite is The Swanson which adds an egg to the burger.
