Janet’s Sunshine Cafe’

North Salt Lake  ·  American Diner · Table Service/Carryout

Janet’s features a breakfast and lunch menu. A hole in the wall on Orchard Drive you will immediately be met by the old-timey charm of the interior as well as the humorous signs. Janet’s offers all of your breakfast favorites. Be sure to try the pancakes. The Denver omelette is also a highly recommended dish. Both dishes offer large portions so come hungry!

The wait may be long due to Janet’s cozy 37 seats, but it is well worth it. I recommend ordering the scones as soon as you sit down to order. Saturdays and Sundays are popular but you can feel like a local on the weekday mornings before people head off to work. Janet’s has been in business for 20+ years and you can feel the care and dedication she brings to her establishment.

First Time Order for Two

1x Pancake combo (Full order if you want to take some home. Half if you want to attempt to finish it), 1x Denver omelet, 1x Scones for the table (4 scones), Drinks and make sure to grab a piece of candy on the way out!
