Where: Farmington City Fire Department / Various local project sites.

Snelgrove’s has a long history in Utah and was recently revitalized and brought back to market. With multiple new locations across Utah they are looking into rebuilding their brand and customer base. I remember eating their ice cream as a kid before the company that acquired them ceased ice cream production in 2008. Snelgrove’s is most famous for their double cone logo as well as their pioneering of the burnt almond fudge flavor (a must for chocolate fans).
This time I ordered the signature double scoop with a seasonal peach flavor and strawberry. The strawberry was excellent. We also ordered the brownie sundae which was a little bit lacking in presentation but to be able to get hand dipped ice cream in a drive through was well worth it. I would recommend stepping up to their sundaes because they offer great value if you find someone who is willing to split.
